Coach Will brings 20+ years of combined playing and coaching experience to the field. With over a decade dedicated to training young athletes, he’s passionate about developing elite hitters —physically and mentally—while providing top-tier training access for the Texas Panhandle’s best baseball talent.

Program Operations & pitching coordinator
Coach Nick is an Amarillo native who brings his wealth of knowledge to our pitching programs at Absolute after pitching collegiately at Frank Phillips College and York University. Specializing in delivery mechanics and pitch sequencing, Nick is passionate about helping pitchers reach new potential while prioritizing overall arm health for career longevity.​​

Coach Tai is another Amarillo native whose career transitioned from shortstop to pitcher, competing at Odessa, Panola, West Texas A&M & Tarleton State. Having experienced both success and adversity, Coach Tai understands the power of hard work, buy-in, and resilience—and is passionate about helping players reach the highest level of baseball.

Coach Brayden is a Tascosa product who turned early struggles into a story of relentless growth—transforming from an underdeveloped JUCO pitcher into a Division I pitcher at New Mexico State through hard work and consistency. At Absolute, he’s driven to inspire the next generation, showing players that determination and daily effort are the keys to unlocking their full potential.

Victor Black II, Amarillo native and current MiLB Throwing Coordinator, brings 9 years of pro playing experience, including MLB time with the Pirates and Mets. A former 49th overall draft pick, he now coaches in the Pirates organization and founded The ARM Doc to advance arm health and development for young athletes—bringing his expertise back to his hometown with Absolute Baseball.
